This week-end, was under the hospice of the tradition. The children wanted none of the cost reduction program and lobbied for a beautiful tree. The logic was impeccable, as potentially it could be one of the last one all together, where will we be next year? I am leaving for university etc….
Reading and learning is good and too much of it sometimes lead to discovering great ideas that you never thought possible! In other words, we are going to upgrade our humble and sweet Lagoon in a way *V* has been dreaming of for a while… So : ”What is it?” Well, let me tell [...] Do you sometimes feel overworked? This is how it feels in our household lately, especially when this Sunday we decided to get going and give it a good push on two projects. It started with *V* who wanted to focus her entire energy on our hatch covers. Let me tell you, sunbrella was flying, and [...] In between all these exciting times, we finally squeezed a trip to the boat. And as I had promised not to work on the beast during our last week cruise (promise which I kept by the way) my restrain has its limit and I had a water purifier to fit in. A water purifier [...] I had the good fortune to escape for 2 days to the boat, or my cave as *V* graciously says! More realistically, though, some tasks are better done when no-one is around, and tools can be laid around for hours with all the mess that is required for this kind of activities… Needless to add [...] Every time we go out sailing, either for a short one or a cruise something comes up. We learn something new and we discover few issues which lead to questions and new maintenance. Today we would like to update you on all the projects.
The foot water pump: We had [...] *V* had to go to the top of our world again this week-end, to survey the LED lighting. And in order to save you the trip up the mast for the lagoon owners here are the references : lagoon 380-S2 around 2007, Anchor light and steaming light – Aquasignal serie 25. Once we had officially sealed the deal and sold our racing cat, it was time to run to our cottage on water!
