And you think its fun.

My last project was done and the boat cleaned up, so one more thing left to do. You got it!! start a new one and mess it up, again…. On top of the list for this Sunday: the anchor wash down and changing the fridge’s pump from sea water to tank water.

In preparation I had drawn a diagram, had taken all the connections off from various pumps (except one), measured the inside diameter of the hose and took all of them to the store. Pretty smart don’t you think? Wouldn’t you say I am learning my lesson? Well not quite, it was in fact Wrong Wrong Wrong, always something coming up! Either I didn’t see it or chose to ignore it…. Then again because of that now we know that our tanks are rather thicker than estimated, a ½ inch is in fact a 5/8 ect…. What can I say? I hate plumbing but my memory is short lived. So I take on another project again once I only remember the success from last time.

Luckily *V* was onboard, her long and skinny arm were put to the test, once  I found that *B* figured how to get out of helping! He tries and says :” Oh … I don’t know how to do it, Dad!” He then proceeds to drop the part, I get upset, and he walks away. Efficient buggers those teenagers! If only they could apply their intelligence in the right direction.

So we are 33% done, went to the store for a second run of parts today and we should see if this will be enough. Dream on *L* you know you didn’t buy the switch for the wash down…. “And you wanted to build a water maker?!” LOLOLOL.
