Not owning a boat save money, well that what I heard anyway. So after the plumbing incident, I decided that a Dremel tool was needed to complement my growing collection. I never had tools, let alone power tools. I feel manlier by the week and my better half is feeling an invasion coming.
Wondering Home Depot this morning I discover another aisle, wow so many tools I didn’t know even excited. After comparison, I purchased a nice little device that could be helpful in the near future. I didn’t know that those things excited and had so many attachments. But I can see already when I could have used it in the past, and make less damage at the time. Well we live and learn.
The logic is has all purchase we make, it need to be useful on the boat. And stocking up slowly will make it less painful when we are ready. No too worry no big power tool or benches coming soon, we knows we will not be able to take it onboard and would have to sale it.
My GPS receiver is also arrived, nearly a plug and play tool. Tested it on the road in the car with OpenCPN and it work perfectly. So now we will have to see on the water very soon.
If anybody is interested this is the model I am using UB-353 make for a cheap backup for a navigation tools. I said backup not primary system before anybody get worried.
